1. What is your pass rate for the NCLEX?
Our pass rate ranges between 98-99% of graduates from domestic nursing programs.
2. What happens if I can't attend at the last minute?
There is a non-refundable charge of $75 if you cancel within 72 hours of the start of the review. In cases of emergencies the balance of your tuition will be refunded in full.
3. What is the start and end time of the reviews.
Most courses begin at 8am and end at 4pm. You will be notified at registration if your course is different.
4. How much time do I have for lunch?
There will be frequent breaks and an hour for lunch.
5. Do I get a receipt in the mail?
When you register online, you will immediately receive a receipt via email. If you register by phone you may request a receipt be sent to you by mail or by email. If you do not receive a receipt via email when you register online please check your spam email. Some email accounts block emails that are sent automatically.
6. Do you have a guarantee?
Yes, we will continue to work with you. You can attend any Sylvia Rayfield course as many times as you need. Just bring your books and pre-register with our office so we can save you a seat.
7. What happens if I fail the NCLEX-RN?
Fax your candidate performance report to our office. We will send you a set of audio tapes or CD free. We will also help you enroll in another of our couses where our associate will look at your "profile" and make recommendations for further study.
8. Do you provide custom training?
